Shipping & Tracking

Orders placed Monday to Friday before 15:00 CET are processed and shipped within 24 hours.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

You can check the status of your order anytime by logging into your BODiQ account. Go to the “My Orders” section to view real-time updates, including processing, shipping, and tracking information.

Yes! Once your order leaves our warehouse, you’ll automatically receive a tracking link by email.

If your tracking hasn’t updated or your order is missing or damaged, please contact us at support@thebodiq.com within 7 days of the last tracking update.We’ll file a claim with the carrier and, once resolved, either reship your order or issue a refund.

Shipping costs depend on your location and order value:
• For Germany - free Standard Shipping on orders €55+ and €5 for orders under €55.
• Free Standard Shipping on orders €80+ and €9 for orders under €80 for Austria, Belgium, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Switzerland.
• Free Standard Shipping on orders €80+ and €12 for orders under €80 for Denmark, Poland, Czech Republic, Liechtenstein, France, Monaco.
• Free Standard Shipping on orders €80+ and €15 for orders under €80 for Hungary, Italy, Slovakia, Slovenia, Ireland, Portugal, Sweden, Estonia, Finland, Croatia, Lithuania, Latvia, Norway, Bulgaria, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Greece, Iceland, Romania, Serbia.

Delivery times vary from 2 to 5 business days. Please note: these delivery times are estimates. During peak periods (e.g. Black Friday, Christmas), delays of 1–3 additional days may occur.

All orders are shipped from the distribution centre in Czechia.

Yes! Free standard shipping is available based on your order total and location:
• Germany – Free shipping on orders €55 and up.
• EU & EEA countries – Free shipping on orders €80 and up.

If you're outside the EU, your order may be subject to VAT, customs duties, or import taxes, depending on your country’s laws.These fees are not included in your order total and must be paid upon delivery.Please note:

Returns & Refunds

Yes! As an EU customer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order — no explanation needed. To qualify, items must be unused, unopened, and in original sealed packaging. You must contact us within 14 days of delivery and return the item(s) within 14 days of your request.

We do not offer exchanges at this time.However, you can return your item (if eligible) for a refund and place a new order for the product you'd like instead.

You can return unopened and unused products within 14 days of delivery, as long as they are in their original sealed packaging.Used, opened, or unsealed products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.For full details, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy.
