Refund policy
At BODiQ, we take great care in crafting high-performance skincare. If your order isn't quite right, we’re here to support you — clearly and fairly.
1. Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)
As an EU-based customer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order — no justification needed.
To be eligible for a return:

Products must be unopened, unused, and sealed in their original packaging.

Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of used, opened, or unsealed cosmetics.

You must notify us within 14 days of delivery and return the items within 14 days of your request.
2. How to Request a Return
Contact us at support@thebodiq.com and provide:

Your full first and last name as a client who ordered the products

The number of the order you are planning to return

Reason for return (for example, "damaged jar")

Photos if the product is damaged or incorrect
Please note that we will not be able to start processing the return until the above-mentioned information is provided in full. After checking the provided data and information, we will reply with return instructions and the shipping address for return.
3. Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping is paid by the customer and deducted from your refund total.

We will inform you of the exact return cost before confirming your return.

Returns must be sent via a trackable service. We are not responsible for returns lost in transit.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned items:

If approved, a refund (minus the return shipping cost) will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Original shipping costs (if paid) are non-refundable.

You will receive a confirmation email when your refund has been issued.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrived damaged or incorrect, please email support@thebodiq.com within 5 days of delivery, with photos of the product and packaging. We’ll resolve the issue with a replacement or full refund — and in this case, we’ll cover the return shipping.
Non-Returnable Items
We are unable to accept returns for:

Products that have been opened, unsealed, or used

Items not returned in their original condition and packaging
