Refund policy

At BODiQ, we take great care in crafting high-performance skincare. If your order isn't quite right, we’re here to support you — clearly and fairly.

1. Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)

As an EU-based customer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order — no justification needed.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Products must be unopened, unused, and sealed in their original packaging.

  • Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of used, opened, or unsealed cosmetics.

  • You must notify us within 14 days of delivery and return the items within 14 days of your request.

2. How to Request a Return

Contact us at support@thebodiq.com and provide:

  • Your full first and last name as a client who ordered the products

  • The number of the order you are planning to return 

  • Reason for return (for example, "damaged jar")

  • Photos if the product is damaged or incorrect

Please note that we will not be able to start processing the return until the above-mentioned information is provided in full. After checking the provided data and information, we will reply with return instructions and the shipping address for return.

3. Return Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping is paid by the customer and deducted from your refund total.

  • We will inform you of the exact return cost before confirming your return.

  • Returns must be sent via a trackable service. We are not responsible for returns lost in transit.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned items:

  • If approved, a refund (minus the return shipping cost) will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Original shipping costs (if paid) are non-refundable.

  • You will receive a confirmation email when your refund has been issued.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrived damaged or incorrect, please email support@thebodiq.com within 5 days of delivery, with photos of the product and packaging. We’ll resolve the issue with a replacement or full refund — and in this case, we’ll cover the return shipping.

Non-Returnable Items

We are unable to accept returns for:

  • Products that have been opened, unsealed, or used

  • Items not returned in their original condition and packaging
