BODiQ - Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing

  • Dispatch time:  all orders placed Monday–Friday before 15:00 CET leave our warehouse within 24 hours.

  • Weekend/public holiday orders are processed on the next business day.

ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME
Estimated delivery time for orders - from 2 to 7 days depending on the region. Peak periods (Black Friday, Christmas, carrier strikes, etc.) may add 1–3 days.

3. Carriers & Tracking

We deliver with DPD and trusted local partners. A tracking link is emailed automatically once the parcel leaves our warehouse.

4. Customs, Duties & Taxes

All orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to VAT, import duties, and/or customs taxes, depending on the destination country. These charges are not included in your order total and are the customer’s responsibility upon delivery.

Please note:

Customs charges vary by country and are based on local laws.

If your order includes a gift with purchase, duties and taxes may be calculated based on the full retail value of the original product(s), not the discounted or promotional value.

Refusing to pay applicable duties may result in the parcel being returned, in which case shipping fees will not be refunded.

5. Delivery Issues

Incorrect address / failed delivery: If a shipment is returned to us, we will contact you to arrange reshipment; second-shipping costs are borne by the customer.

Missing or damaged parcels: Notify us within 7 days of the last tracking update at support@thebodiq.com. We will file a claim with the carrier and either reship or refund once investigation is complete.

6. Returns & Exchanges

Please refer to our Return and Refund Policy for detailed instructions. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
