TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION
Instagram Giveaway
§ 1 Organizer
The organizer of the giveaway is: Level Go s.r.o. Velká Hradební 2800/54 Ústí nad Labem-centrum 400 01 Ústí nad Labem Czech Republic Legal Notice: https://thebodiq.com/policies/legal-notice (hereinafter referred to as the "Organizer").
§ 2 Eligibility
(1) The giveaway is conducted EXCLUSIVELY on the Instagram social network. Participation is open to natural persons who have reached the age of 18 and are residents of European Union countries. (2) Participation is free of charge and does not require the purchase of any goods or services. (3) Employees of the Organizer, as well as affiliated companies and their relatives, are not eligible to participate. (4) Each participant may enter only once. Multiple entries, automated entries, or participation through giveaway services/bots are strictly prohibited.
§ 3 Duration
(1) The giveaway runs from December 26, 2025, at 00:00 to January 31, 2026, at 23:59. (2) Entries submitted after the closing date will not be considered.
§ 4 Terms of Entry
(1) Participation takes place via Instagram in accordance with the conditions specified in the giveaway post (e.g., like, comment, and follow). (2) Only entries that are complete and correctly submitted will be taken into account.
§ 5 Prizes
(1) The type and scope of the prize are specified in the respective giveaway post. (2) The winner(s) will be selected at random from all participants who meet the eligibility criteria. (3) The winner(s) will be notified within 5 days after the giveaway ends via Instagram Direct Message (DM).
§ 6 Determination of Winners
(1) If a winner does not respond within 7 days of notification, the claim to the prize shall be forfeited, and a new winner may be selected. (2) Cash payment, exchange, or transfer of the prize to third parties is excluded.
§ 7 Data Protection
(1) Personal data is processed exclusively for the purpose of conducting and administering the giveaway. (2) Upon completion of the giveaway, all data will be deleted unless otherwise required by statutory retention periods. (3) The provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) apply.
§ 8 Disqualification
The Organizer reserves the right to disqualify participants from the giveaway in the event of a violation of these rules or attempted manipulation.
§ 9 Liability
The Organizer shall not be held liable for technical failures, interruptions in the operation of the Instagram network, or the loss or non-delivery of the prize, except in cases of intent or gross negligence.
§ 10 Premature Termination
The Organizer reserves the right to terminate, modify, or suspend the giveaway at any time for good cause.
§ 11 Miscellaneous Provisions
(1) Legal recourse is excluded (the right to appeal to a court regarding the selection process is excluded). (2) The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, unless otherwise provided by mandatory statutory provisions. (3) This giveaway is not affiliated with Instagram and is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Instagram. Instagram is not the organizer of the giveaway, bears no responsibility for its conduct, and is not the contact person for this giveaway. (4) Should individual provisions of these terms be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
