Physical exfoliation removes what's on the surface. Chemical exfoliation dissolves what's beneath and in pores. Together, they address texture at every level, creating results neither could achieve alone.
Used 2-3x weekly (not daily), this system allows your skin to exfoliate, recover, and renew in cycles. This prevents over-exfoliation while maximizing cell turnover. You're not irritating your skin into submission - you're guiding it to natural renewal.
The Protective Elements:Niacinamide (anti-inflammatory), vitamin C (antioxidant), chamomile and aloe (calming). These actives ensure you get exfoliation benefits without compromise.
Frequency: 2-3x per week
STEP 1 in Shower: - Apply THEORY OF FIRMING Absolute Regeneration Cleansing Body Polish to rough areas (arms, thighs, back, chest).- Massage in circular motions for 30-60 seconds per area.- Pay extra attention to KP zones.- Rinse thoroughly.- Pat dry (don't rub).
STEP 2 Advanced exfoliation:- Ensure skin is completely dry.- Apply MASTER OF REFINING Overnight Skin-Renewal Concentrate to same areas you polished.- Use 1-2 pumps per large area (legs, arms, back).- Let absorb for 5-10 minutes before applying any other products.
Important Rules:- Don't use on broken or irritated skin- Always use SPF on exfoliated areas during the day- Start with 2x/week, increase to 3x after 2 weeks if tolerated- Skip if skin feels sensitive or irritated
What NOT to do:- Don't combine with retinol products on the same night- Don't use daily (over-exfoliation creates more problems)- Don't apply MASTER OF REFINING immediately after shower (wait for skin to be completely dry)
